Creamy polenta enriched with butter and aged Parmesan cheese, cut into portions and baked until lightly golden. Served on a bed of rustic marinara sauce, extra Parmesan. Simple, comforting, and full of classic Italian flavor.

Keep refrigerated. For best results, heat in the oven.
Oven (recommended): Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove the lid and cover the aluminum tray loosely with foil. Place the tray on a baking sheet and heat for 15–20 minutes, or until hot throughout. Uncover for the final 5 minutes.
Microwave: Transfer the polenta to a microwave-safe plate. Heat for 1½–2 minutes, then continue heating in 30-second intervals until hot throughout.
Do not microwave the aluminum tray or lid.
